Return & Exchanges Policy

Our Commitment to You:
1. Easy Returns: Unopened and unused beauty and lifestyle products are eligible for return.
2. Hassle-Free Exchanges: Received a defective item? We'll make it right with an easy exchange process.
3. Proof of Purchase: Please keep your receipt or email confirmation as proof of your purchase from our website or official pop-ups.

Please Note the Following Conditions:
- Initiate your return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from receipt of order (as per tracking info or purchase date at pop-ups).
- Only one exchange per item is allowed, which may be for a different product, size, color, or store credit.
- Approved returns must be sent back within 5 working days for Singapore orders, or 10 working days for international orders. Late returns cannot be processed.
- Expect a processing time of 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) once the item is received.
- Returns are compensated in store credits, valid for 3 months.
- Items must be in original sale condition. We may refuse returns if the item is damaged due to recipient's handling.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:
1. Review our policy to ensure your item is eligible.
2. Contact us at hello@ceroson.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We advise using a tracked service to prevent lost items, as we're not liable for any items lost in transit.

Received an Incorrect Item?
- We apologize for the mix-up and are here to help! Report the issue within 7 calendar days, providing a photo/video proof, and we'll resolve it promptly.

Dealing with a Defective Item?
- We uphold high-quality standards, but if a defect slipped past, we apologize. Please report it within 7 calendar days with photo/video evidence, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Exceptions (Non-returnable/Non-exchangeable Items):
- Change of mind.
- Damage due to mishandling by recipient.
- Opened/used products.
- Gift cards, certain accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Issues due to personal allergies.
- Items listed as non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
- Items bought with promotional codes disallowing returns.

Not Considered Defects:
- Minor print discrepancies, measurement variances, color differences due to lighting/screen settings.
- Minor issues like loose threads, slight stains/scratches on inner lining, or easy-to-fix button problems.
