Local Shipping: Singapore

Delivery Time: Expect your items within 2 to 5 business days for ready stock Beauty & Lifestyle products.

Costs:
- Enjoy *free shipping* on orders over S$60.
- A flat rate of S$5 is applied to orders below S$60.

Mixed Orders (Ready Stock/Preorder Items):
For orders containing both ready stock and preorder items, we split the delivery:
- Ready stock is sent according to our standard timeframe.
- Preorder items are dispatched once every item in your order is available.
- Note: This policy applies only to local orders.

International Shipping:
We're thrilled to offer *worldwide shipping* for our international customers!

Combined Orders: To ensure efficiency and reliability, we do not allow the combination of orders. Thank you for understanding.
- Preorder Items: Orders containing preorder items will be shipped in full once all items are available.
- Receipt of Package: A signature might be required upon receipt, so please ensure someone is available at your shipping address during business hours.
- Carriers: We use various trusted delivery services, chosen based on your location.
- Costs: Shipping fees are determined by destination, weight, and order size, and will be clearly indicated during checkout.
- Customs, Tariffs, and Duties: Recipients are responsible for any import fees enforced upon arrival. These fees are beyond our control and could be substantial. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
- Value Declaration: We declare the full value of the purchased items, as per international legal requirements. Requests for lower declarations will not be accommodated.
- Regulations on Wellness Products: International customers should verify local regulations before purchasing wellness products. Any returns to Ceroson due to non-compliance will be at the customer’s expense, and disposed items are non-refundable.

Delivery Lead Time: Specific lead times are provided at checkout. Note that processing may take longer during public holidays.

Specific Regional Information:

Malaysia:
- Delivery within 3 to 11 business days.
- Free shipping for orders over S$100.
- A flat rate of S$5 for orders under S$100.

Rest of the World:
- Free shipping for orders over S$300.
- Variable shipping rates and delivery times, provided at checkout.
